TLB Events is a boutique Event Management & Decor Design Firm based out of Gig Harbor WA.

We specialize in custom tailored events: Corporate/Non-Profit/ Weddings/Variety of Social Events.

Our focus: the little details that create the BIG picture.

Our Stamp: Design that is full of out of the box and unexpected details that create an atmosphere of intrigue and excitement. Unique design that is carefully coordinated with imaginative food, lighting, entertainment, excellent service and music for the mood, create a synergistic experience for ALL the senses. The event, meticulously choreographed so the energy continues to build and the experience is over the top dynamic. Even before you enter an event, we aim to spark a fire of interest and a desire to see what is in store for you. Then, from entry to exit……simply WOW!

With an infusion of branding and style, a commitment to keep each event original and true to the vision of the client, we strive to produce quality events.

From designing the atmosphere, managing every detail or taking on a specific supporting role, we consider it an honor to be a part of moments that only have one opportunity to make their mark. Event success comes from working as a team. My desire to serve began at an early age. Even as a young child I was seeking out leadership opportunities and looking to serve wherever there was a need. Having a minister for a father, I helped plan as well as attend my fair share of events. I also developed a strong commitment to community service and have stayed actively involved in several local and national organizations.

At 14 yrs old, my first real job was at a restaurant where I was, no surprise, a hostess. I have always had a strong work ethic and have worked in many areas of customer service, marketing and community outreach.

I began volunteering for large non-profit events over 13 years ago. It was then that my passion for event planning and love of décor design collided.

In the spring of 2006, I decided to turn my passion into my profession. I began my event management and décor design company under my name Tammi L. Barber. By the summer of 2008, we had successfully produced more than 30 events and incorporated forming TLB Events, LLC.

 

We have been honored to serve: Tacoma Firefighter’s Local 31, Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, MultiCare, Charles Wright Academy, DaVita, Business Examiner, Stand Out Prom, C. Pelland Photography, Bargreen Ellingson, American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, American Heart Association, State Farm Insurance, Volkswagen, Ram International Catering, Wedding Walk Tacoma, Rock Creek Gardens and many other wonderful organizations.
